We have played Yellow Belly's 'Condition White' track on daytime playout for quite a while as a station favourite, so looking forward to playing a few from this album. Cholly, Warrington Runcorn, Dohnavùr, Field Lines Cartographer, Sulk Rooms, Polypores, Bethan Lloyd, Kimber, Maria Uzor and Frazer vs Steve H all also deserve a special mention as top tracks. Favorite track: Yellow Belly - Condition White (Bare Island Remix).

mondoricho Quality from start to finish. The array of talent on show is staggering, and a fitting coda to a label which was an exemplar of how to showcase modern electronic music. Favorite track: Dohnavùr - Devoid.

Werra Foxma Records' 4 year run as one of the UK's bravest and most innovative electronic labels culminates in the swan song to end all swan songs.

"Werra Foxma Central" is a 15 track compilation featuring the vast majority of artists who will be performing at 'WFR Central", an all day festival across 3 stages and two venues in the heart of Derby, on Saturday 23 March 2024.

The album is jam packed with some of the independent electronic scene's major players, including brand new tracks exclusive to this release, from the likes of Warrington-Runcorn New Town Development Plan, Pale Stranger, Field Lines Cartographer, Polypores and Dohnavùr.

The album also features heavyweight contributions from Sulk Rooms, Maria Uzor, Bethan Lloyd, Kimber, Cholly and Yellow Belly, and contributions from the best of the UK's Electronic Music Open Mic scene, namely James Glew, Steve Hadfield, FLVZ and Hexial.

"Werra Foxma Central" is set to be the final release of new music from WFR, and this album will hopefully be cherished by everyone who listens to it, and will serve as a lasting document to the label's commitment to providing the very best electronic music from artists both known and unknown.

Massive thanks to all the artists for providing exceptional tracks for this album.

This is as good as the officially released WRNTDP titles on CIS. Very pleased to pick it up, where the pieces here are longer than most on the records they benefit from the slow unwinding they are afforded. The 18 minute live set excerpt is particularly immersive. Wouldn't be the worst idea in the world to release this on vinyl as a companion to the inevitable repressing of This Nation's Most Central Location. Great stuff. Oh and you get a cool magazine to read as well. Awesome. shaun rogan
